Poetry: Fall Workshop

This fall, I’m looking forward to teaching an MFA style poetry workshop online through Brown Bag Lit. If you are interested in joining this small group (limited to four poets), please apply today. (Only one seat remains open at the time of this post.)
This is the third time I’m teaching this workshop because it has been such a success! We meet together for four workshop sessions to discuss the poetry book we’ve read that month and workshop one poem by each student. I also meet individually with each poet each month to discuss an additional poem or revision.
To celebrate the end of our first workshop last fall, we held an online reading with the poets from the workshop and the poets we studied. You can watch the recording - with readings and a fabulous conversation afterwards - here.
The poets accepted into the workshop are dedicated poets who are focused on writing new poems, reading new work and strengthening their editing skills, as well as submitting their work for publication.
